What’s Next?
Once you have completed and uploaded all of the appropriate information to our appraisal management company website, the quality control department will review all of your documentation before orders are assigned.
Welcome! We appreciate your interest in becoming a member of Core Valuation’s Panel of Appraisers. Please review the following information for details on our expectations for preparation, guidelines for the delivery of appraisal reports and the additional information needed to become an approved appraiser. Core Valuation Management makes the appraisal process quick and efficient. Appraisal orders will be assigned via email address and based on your member profile coverage areas and good standing within our performance rating system. You may accept or decline appraisal orders as your schedule allows, but we will continually expect a high standard of quality and timely work. Our user friendly top appraisal management platform gives appraisers and clients the ability to order new appraisals and monitor the status of those pending. To properly manage timelines we ask that our panel members establish a free flow of communication with our customer service department. In order to become an approved appraiser, you must first follow the instructions too the left.

Yes! We offer nationwide commercial appraisal management services. Our commercial division is not restricted to specific facility types. We have a diverse client base who orders and loans on all incoming producing commercial properties.
The Agreement states, UNLESS a SPECIFIC DATE has been MUTUALLY agreed upon prior to assignment. The turn time is based on the scheduled appointment. We understand all appraisers have various schedules and do what they can to accommodate the client. We do expect the client to be contacted within 24 hours. Once your appointment is set based on what is convenient for both parties, the report is expected back after 48 hours on standard reports.
We will need to have individual profiles setup for each appraiser if you have more than one appraiser in your company. Each profile will need to have the 4 required documents uploaded and their Coverage Areas added so we can start sending orders. All profiles may use the same E-Mail address in order to receive all appraisal assignments.

Once you log into your profile click on Setup, My Profile, scroll down and select “Add Documents”. You will then have to Browse and locate the document you need uploaded, select a description and then click on Upload.

You will need to login to your profile and add your Coverage Areas by clicking on Setup, My Profile, and then “Modify Coverage Area” so we can match you with orders. Orders cannot be sent consistently without the counties or zip codes in your coverage area being added.
Core Valuation Management, Inc. does not dictate appraisal fees. Each appraiser is required to enter the fees for areas and products and are paid that amount for each order completed.
Payments are made every Friday usually within 2 weeks and no more than 30 days from completion date.
We know it can be difficult to keep track of different management systems. That’s why Core Valuation’s software was custom-designed with the help of certified appraisers to make tracking and turning in appraisal orders as intuitive as possible.
