General Information

Underwriter Conditions are due within 24 hours (business days) from time of request for non-critical revisions. For critical revisions such as additional comparables, re-inspection, or revisions pertaining to possible value change, please allow up to 48 hours (business days) from time of request.

Value Reconsideration: Core Valuation will strive for a response within 48 hours of receipt of the rebuttal. All rebuttals will be reviewed by the manager and/or senior reviewer from a neutral standpoint. *The rebuttal may be submitted by any non-sales Orion Lending employee. Any rebuttals sent in by a sales staff member of Orion Lending will need to be resubmitted.
